Season Ticket Arrival

Yesterday my season tickets arrived.

I was happy with the PNC PARK, and Pittsburgh skyline photography for the cover of the booklet.

I also enjoyed the way they chose to design the pages of tickets, both on the individual ticket and the page of tickets with a multitude of tastefully placed photos of the Pirate young talent that currently is reason to be hopeful for.

I definitely like that they represented the tickets with the best players, last year we had Charile Morton, and Ohlendorf, Come on Man!!!

Well, what did they have to choose from last year, after the influx of young talent I guess it became easier on who would be on the tickets.

My favorite Pirate continues to be Andrew Mccutchen at this point, but I cant say which players graphic representation I liked the best as they were all done well with various action shots and close up head shots.

Here is the cover design.

Clutch Mccutch, a ballhawks best friend and winner of last years most friendly award.

And the season ticket holder card which gets me in early.  No complaints here, it was black 2 yrs ago, white last yr, now yellow, it could be any color and I wouldnt care.

Opening weekend and the season begins for me quite soon, as it is now only 16 days away until Jabs/Amy and myself make the trip to the national capital to start another year.

In the meantime I am still planning what two cities I will travel to as well as what CLE games I will be attending, I have a pretty good idea on NY and linking up with Jabs on one of his trips to a new ballpark.

My brother and I have been practicing for ballhawking by tracking fly balls, and various other exercises to get used to chasing balls around, catching them on quick boucnes and maneuvering around stationary objects.  Cant wait to get out see some major league bp home runs.

Best of luck to you! One day I will make it out to PNC Park. But right now I have to hit the stadiums that are on the Endangered List. And those are Sun Life, and the Oakland Coliseum.

Im excited for 2011!!
